At Ayedus, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and hassle-free. Please read our order and returns policy before making a purchase.

Orders

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation.
• Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your package is shipped.
• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we may have already started processing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ayedus T-shirts! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within [X] days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

• Faulty or Wrong Item: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed once the returned item passes inspection.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
